What is Noir Own’s ultimate objective?

Our ultimate objective is to provide quality garments that are both trendy and sustainable.

What do you mean by resale?

Although we do offer some new items, a great amount of our inventory is resale, as in previously owned. Each item is hand picked, and we are very intentional about our garments being versatile and long lasting.

When will new items be released?

There will be a new collection of items released twice monthly.

Will any of the items be restocked?

Unfortunately not, all of the items on the site are one of one. If in the event that we have multiple of one item, we will definitely give out that information prior to it’s release.

What precautions are you taking with COVID?

We understand the concern with the nature of our current climate. We can assure you that all of our resale garments are professionally cleaned before they are shipped out.

Do you offer and sales discounts?

What payment options do you offer?

We process our payments using Stripe & PayPal. You are also able to use the Buy Now, Pay Later option. For more information, click learn more on the product page.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping.

International packages will arrive within 14 business days. There may be some instances where international delivery can be up to 30 days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

How can I track my items?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Noir Own is not responsible for lost packages during transit. If you have any questions, please email us at info@noirown.com.

My items do not fit, do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Unfortunately all of our garments are final sale. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and measurements of each item to ensure that they fit.

I am not satisfied with my items, what can be done for me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. But, we do our best to make sure that we are providing our clients with quality, vintage clothing. If you are not satisfied with your items, please leave us a review so that we can grow and better serve our clients in the future.

Who is responsible for the content on the site?

My husband and I own and operate our own photography and film company in Houston, TX, by the name of Harbor Grace Co.
